| 摘 要： | 应用流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)单克隆抗体(McAb)对不同来源的EHFV抗原组份进行了研究,结果McAb A_(25-1)和A_(35)可与7株EHFV的49.6ku(50kd)多肽发生反应,McAb5H_5仅识别6株EHFV的49.6ku多肽,提示EHFV这一多肽上可能具有属特异性抗原决定簇。

| Abstract: | The antigenic components of seven strains of viruses causing EHF were analyzed by immunoblotting technique using three clones EHFV-Monoclonal antibodies (McAb), Experimental results showed that two McAbs (A25-1, A35) reacted with the antigenic components of the seven strains of viruses but McAb 5H5 reacted with only six of them. All positive results were characterized by a band with a molecular weight of about 49.6ku (50kd). The results described here indicated that there might be genus specific EHFV antigenic determinants in the polypeptide with a molecular weight of about 49.6ku (50kd). |
