| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大脑间纵裂血肿的手术治疗。方法:对18例具有手术适应症进行了手术治疗。结果:15例完全恢复,无神经功能障碍,3例有中度神经功能障碍,术前术后具有显著性改变。结论:大脑间纵裂血肿的患者如有神经功能或意识障碍,膀胱功能障碍,手术有利于神经功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss surgical treatment of interhemispheric subdural hematomas. Methods: 18 cases of interhemispheric subdural hematomas were reviewed after operation. Results: 15 cases were recovered without disorders of nervous functions, 3 cases had moderate nervous disorders, and postoperative recovery was statistical significantly correlated to the pre-operative neurological status. Conclusion: The patients of interhemispheric subdural hematomas should undergo operation when they are in disorders of nervous functions such as loss of consciousness, or in continence of urine. |
