脑心多泰胶囊治疗动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察脑心多泰胶囊治疗动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:118例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,治疗组(脑心多泰20mg)60例,对照组(脑心多泰0mg,淀粉胶囊20mg)58例,两组同时还给予尼莫地平胶囊,两组疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后两组的神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效及药物安全性。结果:脑心多泰治疗组神经功能缺损评分改善,其中医症状疗效评定有效率为73.33%,神经功能缺损疗效评定有效率为78.33%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:脑心多泰胶囊是治疗动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死安全、有效的药物。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Noindota Capsule in treating atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction. Methods:118 case were randomly divided into two groups, sixty patients of treatment group were treated by Noindota Capsule, 58 cases of control group were treated by placebo. Moreover, both of the two groups were all treaded by Nimodipine capsule. Neurologic impairment degree was scored, and curative effect and safety were observed. Results: In treatment group, neurological function deficit score were lower after treatment, and the effective rate of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was 73.33%, the effective rate of neurological function deficit was 78.33%. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.001).Conclusion: Noindota Capsule is effective and safety in treating atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.
