碟脉灵注射液对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:观察碟脉灵注射液(DMLI)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用. 方法: DMLI按5、10、20 ml*kg-1*d-1给大鼠连续腹腔注射12 d,测血脂和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,血浆6-酮前列腺素F1α(PGI2)血栓素A2(TXA2)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并观察肝脏脂肪沉积情况.结果: DMLI 10、20 ml*kg-1能明显降低实验性高脂血症大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、TXA2及LPO含量,并明显提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、PGI2含量及SOD活性,亦能使TC/HDL-c及LDL-c/HDL-c比值明显降低,PGI2/TXA2比值明显升高.病理检查可见肝脏脂肪沉积明显减轻.结论:DMLI可能通过调节体内血脂代谢、纠正自由基代谢紊乱及提高PGI2/TXA2 比值发挥抗动脉硬化作用.

Abstract:Objective: To observe effect of DMLI on total cholesterol ,lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism and anti oxidation in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: Hyperlipidemia rats were given DMLI 5,10,20 ml·kg -1 ·d -1 ip,respectively, for twelve days. Contents of blood lipid and lipid peroxidation (LPO), plasma prostacycline (PGI 2),thromboxane (TXA 2) levels and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities were measured,meanwhile fat accumulation in liver was examined. Results: Triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL c),TXA 2 and LPO contents were significantly decreased, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL c),PGI 2 contents and SOD activity were significantly increased by DMLI (10,20 ml·kg -1 ) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats in comparision with those in control group. In addition, DMLI could decrease TC/HDL c,LDL c/HDL c ratio , increase PGI 2/TXA 2 ratio and inhibit fat accumulation in liver. Conclusion: DMLI could possess anti arteriosclerosis effect by improving cholesterol and lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism, suppressing lipid peroxidation , increasing anti oxidase activity and PGI 2/TXA 2 ratio.
