中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎49例疗效观察

目的：观察补肾活血通络方与柳氮磺吡啶片联合治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：将98例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组49例。对照组单纯应用西药柳氮磺吡啶片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用补肾活血通络方治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及实验室指标红细胞沉降率（ESR）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）]情况。结果：经治疗后，治疗组总有效率为91．8％，对照组为71．4％，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后ESR和CRP均明显下降，治疗组优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：补肾活血通络方与柳氮磺吡啶片联合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study of 49 Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on ankylosing spondylitis treated with Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Fang （the recipe for kidney tonifieation, blood activation and meridian circulation promotion）and sulfasalazine tablet. Methods： 98 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,49 cases in each one. In control group, simply western medicine was applied with sulfasalazine tablet. In treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as control group, Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Fang was supplemented. The clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）and C-reactive protein （CRP）] were observed. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.8% in treatment group and was 71.4% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison （P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the outcomes of ESR and CRP of both groups were decreased apparently,indicating significant dif- ference in comparison（P〈0.05）, but the outcomes in treatment group were superior to those in control group. Conclusion： Coordination of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Fang and sulfasalazine tablet presents significant efficacy on ankylosing spondylitis with less adverse response. This therapy is worth to be promoted in practice.
