电针“百会”“神门”“太冲”穴对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠血清ACTH、CORT的影响

目的观察电针"百会""神门""太冲"穴对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CORT)水平的影响,探讨针灸治疗抑郁症的作用机制。方法 SD雄性大鼠30只随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组,每组10只。采用长期慢性不可预知应激刺激结合孤养的方法造模,大鼠共接受21 d不同的刺激,造模的同时电针组给予干预治疗,测定各组大鼠Open-field行为学评分,治疗结束后应用ELISA法检测大鼠血清ACTH、CORT含量的变化。结果与空白组相比,模型组血清ACTH、CORT含量显著升高(P0.01);与模型组相比,电针组血清ACTH、CORT含量显著下降(P0.01)。结论电针"百会""神门""太冲"穴可下调血清CORT和ACTH含量,其作用机制可能与针刺调节下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺(HPA)轴的功能有关。

Impacts on Serum ACTH and CORT in the Rat Models of Chronic Stress Depression Treated with Electroacupuncture at Baihui （GV20）, Shenmen （ HT7 ） and Taichong （ LR3 ）

Objective To observe the impacts on serum ACTH and CORT levels in the model rats of chronic stress depression treated with electroacupuncture （EA） at Baihui （ GV20 ）, Shenmen （I-IT＇/） and Tai- chong（ LR3 ） and explore the effect mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of depression. Methods Thirty SD male rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group and an EA group, 10 rats in each one. The long - term chronic unpredictable stress stimulation combined with isolated feeding was adopted to prepare the model. The rats were stimulated for 21 days. At the same time of modeling,the intervention treat- ment was applied in EA group. The score of Open - field behavior was determined in the rats of each group. At the end of treatment, ELISA was adopted to determine the changes in the contents of ACTH and CORT in serum. Results Compared with the blank group, serum ACTH and CORT levels were reduced significantly in EA group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Baihui （ GV20 ）, Shenmen （ HT7 ） and Taichong （ LR3 ） down - regulates the levels of serum CORT and ACTH and its effect is probably related to the regula- tory function of acupuncture on hypothalamus - pituitary gland - adrenal gland axial.
