C-erbB-2、P53、ER和PR在乳腺癌中的表达与预后的关系

目的　探讨C -erbB -2、P5 3、ER和PR在乳腺癌的表达与转移及预后的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法对198例乳腺癌组织标本进行C -erbB -2、P5 3、ER和PR检测。结果　阳性表达率:C -erbB -2为3 7.3 7% (74/198) ,P5 3为2 8.79% (5 7/198) ,ER为44 .95 % (89/198) ,PR为49.49% (98/198) ;C -erbB -2和P5 3阳性表达率与有无淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P <0 .0 1) ;C -erbB -2、P5 3、ER和PR阳性表达率与乳腺癌组织学类型、患者年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ;C -erbB -2、P5 3共同阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关(P <0 .0 1)。结论　联合检测乳腺癌C -erbB -2、P5 3、ER和PR基因表达对判断预后和指导内分泌治疗有实用价值。

Relation between C-erbB-2, P53, ER and PR expressions and prognoses in patients with breast cancer

Objective To study the relation between C-erbB-2, P53, ER and PR expressions and the transfer and prognoses in patients with breast cancer. Methods SP immunostain method was used in the C-erbB-2, P53, ER and PR detection of the samples of patients with breast cancer. Results Rate of positive expression: C-erbB-2: 37.37%(74/198), P53: 28.79%(57/198), ER: 44.95%(89/198), PR: 49.49%(98/198); there existed correlation between the positive expressions of C-erbB-2 and P53and lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages(P<0.01);there was no correlation between the positive expressions of C-erbB-2, P53, ER and PR and the structural type of breast cancers, the age and the measurements of the tumor(P>0.05); there existed correlation between the positive expressions of C-erbB-2 and P53and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01). Conclusion Gene expressions of C-erbB-2, P53, ER and PR were of practical value in determining prognoses and endocrinotherapy.
