摘    要:目的了解和评价云南民间常用植物驱蚊剂蒿芝、按树枝叶对现场驱蚊虫效果。方法在人房以植物燃烧熏蚊后,采用诱蚊灯观察人房蚊虫种群密度。结果经过36d的现场植物驱避蚊虫驱避测试,蒿芝植物组以诱蚊灯捕获蚊虫6属30种4377只,其中中华按蚊占9、53%、微小按蚊占3.72%,三带喙库蚊46.15%、棕头库蚊15.95%、霜背库蚊9.71%,其中测试组,捕获蚊虫1343只,平均蚊虫密度为37.31只/夜。空白、阴性对照2个组,平均蚊虫密度分别为40.50只/夜、43.78只/夜;按树植物组以捕获蚊虫6属32种2378只,中华按蚊5.43%、微小按蚊2.52%、三带喙库蚊54.92%、棕头库蚊12.32%、霜背库蚊8.58%,其中,测试组捕获蚊虫752只,平均蚊虫密度为20.88只/夜;空白、阴性对照2个组,平均蚊虫密度分别为24.11只/夜、21.06只/夜。结论蒿芝、按树植物通过现场效果测试观察,结果显示两植物对蚊虫有一定的驱避作用,蚊虫密度测试组和对照组有所差别下降,但效果不明显。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the repellent effect of two traditional plant repellents Artemesia argi and Eucalypus robusta on mosquitoes in Yunnan. Methods In the human houses the fresh plant of 0.5kg was burned every night and mosquito in the human houses were collected by CDC lamp traps, Results For the Artemesia argi testing groups, total 4 377 mosquitoes in 30 species of 6 genus were collected in the human houses during 36 nights, and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Cx.fuscocephala, Cx. whitmorei,An, sinensis and An. minimus were accounted for 46. 15%, 15.95, 9.71%, 9.53, 3.72% respectively; 1343 mosquitoes in the test groups were collected with the average population density of 37.31 mosquitoes per night per lamp trap; the mosquito population density in the placebo and control groups, were 40.50 and 43.78 per night per lamp trap respectively. Totally 2 378 mosquito belonged to 32 species of 6 genus in the Eucalypus robusts testing groups, were collected in the human house by lamp traps in a period of 36 nights, and Cx . tritaeniorhynchus , Cx . fuscocephala , Cx . whitmorei , An. sinensis and An. minimus were accounted for 54.92%, 12.32%, 8.58%, 5.43%, 2.52% respectively in the total collected mosquitoes, being 752 mosquitoes colletected in the test group with the population density of 20.88 mosquitoes per night per lamp trap and the average densities in the placebo and control groups were 24.11 and 21.06 mosquitoes per night per lamp trap. Conclusion The two traditional plant repellents possess certain repellent effect on mosquitoes. Further observations be made on the differences of mosquitoes densities in the test group and control group.
