慢性特发性荨麻疹患者血清去氢表雄酮水平的测定及临床意义

目的 了解慢性特发性荨麻疹（CIU）患者血清去氢表雄酮（DHEA）水平及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA）检测102例CIU患者血清DHEA水平，并与100名正常人对照；分析CIU临床表现与DHEA的关系。结果病例组49例男性血清DHEA平均值（4．1±3．4）ng／ml，53例女性血清DHEA平均值（4．4±3．2）ng／ml；对照组46名男性血清DHEA平均值（5．6±3．0）ng／ml，54名女性血清DHEA平均值（5．8±2．3）ns／ml。两组男性和女性血清DHEA水平比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），CIU患者血清DHEA水平低于正常人。CIU患者病程与血清DHEA水平呈相关性（P〈0．05），CIU患者瘙痒程度、风团大小和数量与血清DHEA水平无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论血清DHEA水平降低可能与CIU发病有一定关系，CIU病程越长血清DHEA水平越低。

Detection and clinical significance of DHEA in serum from patients with chrome idiopathic urticaria

Objective To investigate the level of dehydroepiandrosterone （DHEA） in serum from patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria （C/U） and its clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of DHEA in 102 CIU patients and 100 normal controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（EIJSA）. The relationship between the clinical features of CIU and the level of DHEA was analyzed. Results Average serum level of DHEA in 49 male patients was 4.1＋3.4ng/ ml,in 53 female patients 4.4±3.2ng/ml ,in 46 male controls 5.6±3.0ng/ml,and in 54 female controls 5.8±2.3ng/ml. There was a significant difference in the serum level of DHEA between two groups,the serum levels of DHEA in CIU patients were lower than that in normal controls. There was a statistical correlation between the course of disease and the level of DHEA （P 〈0.05 ） , and not correlation between the clinical features and the level of DHEA （P〉0.05）in the CIU patients. Conclusions Maybe a decrease in serum level of DHEA is a pathogenetic factor of CIU. The longer the course of disease is, the lower the serum level of DHEA is in the CIU patients.
