| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防性葛根素对UVB诱导的HaCa T细胞凋亡的影响。方法 HaCa T细胞与0.49、1.0mg.mL-1葛根素孵育1h后,以30mJ.cm-2UVB直接照射细胞,24h后收集细胞测定细胞凋亡率和p53蛋白。结果葛根素预处理HaCa T细胞的凋亡率下降,同时细胞表达的p53蛋白减少。结论预防性葛根素抑制UVB诱导的HaCa T细胞凋亡,可能与下调p53蛋白有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of prophylactic puerarin on HaCaT cells apoptosis induced by UVB.Methods HaCaT cells were irradiated by UVB at 30mJ·cm-2 an hour after incubated with puerarin at 0.49 and 1.0 mg·mL-1,The cells were collected 24 hours later and the apoptotic rates and p53 protein were determined.Results The apoptotic rate of HaCaT cells pretreated by puerarin was decreased,and their p53 protein expression was reduced at the same time.Conclusion Prophylactic puerarin can inhibit the apoptosis of HaCaT cells induce by UVB,which is probably associated with p53 protein down-regulation. |
