| 摘 要： | 目的分析深圳市2007～2010年监测食品中副溶血弧菌存在的优势血清型与基因型之间的相似性,初步建立深圳市食源性副溶血弧菌脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型监测网络。方法选择2007～2010年监测食品中分离出来的副溶血弧菌主要血清群（O1-O4）55株,基因组DNA经Sfi1酶切,通过脉冲场凝胶电泳PFGE获得图谱,利用BioNumerics分析软件对图谱进行聚类分析。结果相似性在90%以上的有15株,其中有9株相似性为100%,分别是2株O2：K28;1株O1：KUT与1株O4：K42;5株O3：K6,其余菌株谱型差异较大。结论监测食品中分离的副溶血弧菌PFGE型别多,且相互之间关系分散。PFGE分子分型监测网络的建立,有助于食源性疾病发生时的主动监测,爆发调查和传染源追踪。
