宁夏汉族人群细胞色素P4501B1 SNP rs1056836分布研究

目的研究细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450)1B1基因SNP rs1056836在宁夏地区正常汉族人群中的基因型频率、等位基因频率分布特征。方法应用等位基因特异性扩增(AS-PCR)及DNA测序法对410名宁夏汉族正常成人CYP1B1rs1056836C→G位点基因多态性的分布进行测定,并应用χ2检验比较宁夏汉族人群与我国其他地区汉族人群基因频率的分布情况。结果宁夏汉族人群CYP1B1SNP rs1056836的基因型频率分别为C/C31.9%,C/G54.9%,G/G13.2%。结论宁夏汉族CYP1B1SNP rs1056836分布频率与欧美及国内其他地区人群具有显著性差异(P<0.005),并且男女之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.005)。

A study on the distribution of CYP4501B1 SNP rs1056836 among Ningxia Han Population

Objective To investigate the distribution of the allele and genotype of CYP1B1 SNP rs1056836 in Ningxia Han Population.Methods Allele-specific polymerase chain reaction(AS-PCR) method and direct DNA sequencing were used to detect the genetic distributions of CYP1B1 SNP rs1056836 in 410 healthy Ningxia Han Nationalty persons.The genotype frequencies of Ningxia Han were compared with other groups Han population in other areas in China and Westerns.Results The genotype frequencies of CYP1B1 SNP rs1056836 in Ningxia Han Nationality were C/C31.9%,C/G54.9%,G/G13.2%,respectively.Conclusion There is a significant difference in frequency distribution of CYP1B1 SNP rs1056836 in Ningxai Han Nationality as compared with that in oter areas and the Westerns(P<0.005).And a significant difference between male and female in Ningxia Han Nationality is also observed(P<0.005).
