心理干预对新兵心理健康状况和适应能力影响的研究

目的 探讨心理干预对新兵心理健康状况和适应能力的影响。方法 把10个新兵集训连的907名新兵随机分为干预组和对照组，心理干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)、简易应付方式量表和社会支持量表进行评定和对照分析。结果 心理干预前后，干预组SCL-90的强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、阳性项目数等得分均明显比干预前低，也明显比对照组干预后低；积极应付、主观支持和对支持的利用度等得分均比干预前为高，也明显比对照组干预后高。对照组干预后仅人际关系、总均分和消极应付得分比干预前低。结论 心理干预有助于提高新兵的心理健康水平和适应能力。

A study on psychological intervention to improve the psychological status and the adaptability of the recruits

Objective To study the effects of Psychological intervention on the psychological status and the adaptability of the recruits.Methods Ten recruits training companies were divided randomly into two groups:intervened group and contrasted group,their mental status were assessed and analysed contrastively using Symptom Checklist 90,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Social Support Questionnaire before and after psychological intervention. Results The intervened group scored significantly lower on compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,and positive items after psychological intervention,the same to the contrasted group after psychological intervention;on the contrary,it scored striking higher on handle positively,subjective support and the use of support than before psychological intervention,when compare to the contrasted after psychological intervention,the conclusion was sameness. To the contrasted group after intervention,it scored lower just on human relations,generalized average and negatively handle. Conclusion Psychological intervention could improve the psychological status and adaptability of the recruits.
