复方珊瑚姜的毒理学研究

对复方珊瑚姜进行毒理学研究，结果表明：雌性小鼠经口ＬＤ５０为８７４７．０２ｍｇ／ｋｇ；雄性小鼠经口ＬＤ５０为８０００．１８ｍｇ／ｋｇ。本品对健康大鼠的完整及破损皮肤无刺激性和吸收毒性，对感染疥螨家兔皮肤命名病灶愈合，局部毛发生长，体重增加，血象、肝及肾功能属正常，对豚鼠不引起皮肤过敏反应。

An Experimental Study on the Toxicity of Curuma Longa

An experimental study on the toxicity of Curuma longa was carried out.The resultS revealed that the oral LD50 for female mice be 8 747.02 mg/kg and that for male mice 8000.18 mg/kg, No edema, irrtation reaction or other toxic reaction was observed when oil extract of Curuma longa was smeared on both intact and injuried skin of rabbits and rats. During extensive examination of animal's body weight, numbers of RBC, WBC and platelet in blood, hepatic and renal function and pathological anatomy, no significant difference between treated groups and control was found, This drug did not cause hypersensitic reaction in guineapigs either. The results show that oil extract of Curuma longa is safe for clinical extornal applications.
