| 摘 要： | 对２１例脑胶质瘤组织及同体正常脑组织进行了低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）受体饱和分析、Ｓｃａｔｃｈａｒｄ作图及ＬＤＬ受体的活性测定。结果显示，脑胶质细胞瘤ＬＤＬ受体的亲和性和特异性与同体正常脑组织无明显差异，脑内胶质瘤组织中ＬＤＬ受体活性比同体正常脑组织高４倍以上，表明脑胶质瘤组织中ＬＤＬ受体活性升高与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关。

| Abstract: | On the basis of LDL receptor saturation analysis in both encephalic glioma tissue and the surrouding normal encephalic tissue and drawing Scatchard curve, the LDL receptor activity was determined in glioma tissue and the surrouding normal encephalic tissue.The result demonstrated that the affinity and specificity of LDL receptor in glioma tissue and normal brain tissue did not change obvioursly when all tumor samples were compared to normal brain.The LDL receptor activity significantly increased in the encephalic glioma tissue. |
