摘    要:作者就低抗凝效价肝素S_(38)对大鼠血脂的影响进行了研究。结果表明,S_(38)有调整血脂的作用,显著抑制了大鼠饮食性高胆固醇血症时血清总胆固醇、极低密度及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的上升,并有升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇比值的趋势。给予大鼠S_(38)还明显升高大鼠血浆脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性及肝脂酶(HEL)活性。这些作用及对脂解酶影响的量效关系与等抗凝效价的商品肝素作用相似。因此认为,S_(38)的血脂调整作用可能与其脂解酶释放作用有关,且与抗凝活性有一定关系。

Abstract:The effects of a heparin heparin with low anticoagulant potency (S38)on rat plasma lipid levels and plasma lipases were investigated. The results showed that S38 could inhibit the increment of serum total cholesterol(TC),(VLDL LDL)-C levels and had the tendancy to increase HDL-C to TC value in diet-induced hypercholesterolemia.S38 could increase rat plasma lipoprotein lipase(LPL)activity and hepatic endothelial lipase(HEL)activity.The effects mentioned above and its dose-response of LPL release were the same with those of commercial heparin when administered at equal anticagulant potency.This indicated that the lipid regulation of S38 may be due to its lipase-release effect and was related to its anticoagulant activity.
