绩效考核在医院分配制度中的应用

摘    要:目的了解绩效考核在医院分配中的作用。方法通过建立绩效考核指标体系,对医院分配实行院科两级考核。结果弥补了以经济指标为主的奖金分配制度的不足,达到了提高医院管理的目的。结论绩效考核体系实施以来,我院取得了一定的成绩,进行持续性考核才能使医院管理更上一层楼。
