| 摘 要： | 目的了解绩效考核在医院分配中的作用。方法通过建立绩效考核指标体系，对医院分配实行院科两级考核。结果弥补了以经济指标为主的奖金分配制度的不足，达到了提高医院管理的目的。结论绩效考核体系实施以来，我院取得了一定的成绩，进行持续性考核才能使医院管理更上一层楼。
