| 摘 要： | 手术治疗18例多节段后韧带骨化（OPLL）病例，其中7例为颈前入路手术，11例行后路手术，显示两组患疗效，着重比较了前、后路手术在OPLL治疗中的利与弊。

| Abstract: | Eighteen patients with ossifying posterior longitudinal ligament had been treated by decompression.Among them 7 patients were operated by anterior approach to the cervical vertebrae and 11 by posterior approach.The therapeutic effects on the two groups were compared and discussed. |
