| 摘 要： | 目的：观察盐酸头孢他美酯的急性毒性，为临床应用提供依据。方法：给实验小鼠灌服不同浓度的盐酸头孢他美酯溶液，测定小鼠灌胃最大耐受量，采用Bliss法测定小鼠腹腔注射半数致死量（LD50）。结果：实验小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量大于12600mg/kg，超过人临床口服剂量的83倍；腹腔注射半数致死量（LD50）为4740.8mg/kg。结论：临床应用盐酸头孢他美酯安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the toxicity of Cefetamet Pivoxil and to provide basis for clinic use.Methods:Different concentration of solutions of Cefetamet Pivoxil was given to the experimental mice,then the maximum tolerant dose,with Bliss method,and LD 50 by ip were determined.Results:The maximum tolerant dose of mice was 12600 mg/kg,which was 83 times higher than the usual human oral dose.LD 50 (ip)was 4740.8 mg/kg.Conclusion:The dose of Cefetamet Pivoxil is safe in clinic use. |
