摘    要:目的:探讨大蒜素对裸鼠胃癌移植瘤生长和端粒酶的活性抑制作用。方法:将SGC-7901胃癌移植瘤裸鼠随机分5组,N组为PBS处理组,P组为氟尿嘧啶组(250mg/L),L组为低剂量大蒜素组(600mg/L),M组为中剂量大蒜素组(800mg/L),H组为高剂量大蒜素(1 000mg/L)。观察荷瘤鼠的生长状态,量取肿瘤的大小绘制肿瘤的生长曲线,应用人端粒酶酶联免疫法测定端粒酶的活性。结果:与N组相比,大蒜素和氟尿嘧啶均对荷瘤鼠的肿瘤有抑制作用,各组对端粒酶活性均有抑制作用,大蒜素剂量越大抑制作用越强,H组与N组相比端粒酶的活性抑制作用有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:大蒜素对胃癌裸鼠移植瘤和端粒酶活性有抑制作用。

The Inhibitory Tumor Growth and Telomerase Activity Action of Allicin on the Transplanted Gastric Carcinoma in Nude Mouse

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the inhibitory tumor growth and telomerase activity action of allicin on the transplanted gastric carcinoma in nude mouse.Methods:Nude mouse bearing SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into normal group(N group),5-fluorouracil group(P group),low allicin dose group(L group),middle allicin dose group(M group),high allicin dose group(H group).Observed the tumor size by vernier caliper every two days and the nude mouse growth every day.Telomerase activities were calculated by Human Telomerase(TE) Elisa Kit.Results:Compared with the N group,both 5-fu and allicin could inhibit the growth of the transplanted gastric carcinoma in nude mouse.Compared with the N group,the allicin groups could inhibit the telomerase activity.Conclusion:Allicin could inhibit the telomerase activity and tumor growth on the transplanted gastric carcinoma in nude mouse.
