坦索罗辛联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨坦索罗辛联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者143例,将其分为两组,对照组67例,观察组76例。对照组患者给予坦索罗辛治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合双氯芬酸钠栓进行治疗。对两组患者的慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）、疼痛症状评分（PS）、排尿症状评分（USS）、国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QLS）进行统计。监测两组患者前列腺液中白细胞（EPSWBC）含量。评价两组患者治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者NIH-CPSI、PS、USS、IPSS、QLS评分和EPSWBC含量均有所降低,且观察组患者改善更为明显;观察组患者临床治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组。两组上述指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的过程中双氯芬酸钠栓可以有效减轻症状,为治标;坦索罗辛可以有效减轻尿道压力,防止尿液反流,为治本。两者联合应用,达到标本兼治的目的,因此可以取得更好的治疗效果。

Clinical study of Tamsulosin combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Tamsulosin combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods 143 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were divided into two groups, with 67 cases in the control group and 76 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin,while the observation group was given Diclofenac Sodium Suppository in addition.CP symptom score（NIH-CPSI）,pain score（PS）,voiding symptom score（USS）,international prostate symptom score（IPSS） and quality of life score（QLS） of the two groups were investigated.The contents of white blood cell（EPSWBC） in prostatic fluid of both groups were also monitored.And treatment outcomes of both groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,NIH-CPSI,PS, USS,IPSS and QLS scores and EPSWBC content decreased in both groups and the observation group improved more significantly;clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis,Diclofenac Sodium Suppository can effectively reduce the symptoms,which serves as a temporary solution;Tamsulosin can effectively reduce urethral pressure to prevent reflux of urine and serves as the root solution.The combination of the two treatments can achieve the purpose of tackling the problem,thus achieve better treatment outcomes.
