乳腺良恶性病变与肥大细胞关系的研究

本文对506例乳腺良恶性病变间质肥大细胞反应进行了观察和比较。其中乳腺癌162例,纤维瘤238例,结构不良106例。结果显示乳腺结构不良间质肥大细胞最多,乳腺癌次之,纤维瘤最少。乳腺癌中,以导管癌间质肥大细胞反应较强,纤维腺瘤中以管周型较管内型多。通过研究说明肿瘤间质肥大细胞反应是宿主抗肿瘤的一种防御反应,同时为临床估计予后提供部分形态学依据。

STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAST CELLS AND BENIGN OR MALIGNANT LESIONS IN BREAST.

This article is based on the investigation of the reaction of the mammary interstitial mast cells in 506 cases with benign or malignant lesions of breast. Among them are 162 cases with mammary carcinoma, 238 cases with fibroadenoma and 106 cases with mammary dysplasia. The result shows that the number of the mast cells in the stroma of mammary dysplasia is the most; that of the carcinoma is the moderate; and the fewest is that of the fibroadenoma. Nevertheless, the most intense reaction of mast cells appears in ductal carcinoma in all types of the carcinoma; and the reaction of pericanalicular fibroadeoma is more than that of introcanalicular fibroadenoma. The investigation indicates that the reaction of mast cells in stroma is a host defensive response against tumor, and the result provides also some histological evidence for judging prognosis in clinic.
