| 摘 要： | 目的测定百草枯对小鼠的半数致死量(half lethal dose,LD50)。方法60只小鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,雌雄各半。给小鼠灌服不同浓度的百草枯溶液,观察小鼠的中毒症状;采用概率单位法计算百草枯的LD50值及其95%的可信限。结果给药后不同时间内,小鼠出现自由活动减少,濒死时呼吸频率增快、张口呼吸、鼻翼扇动等中毒症状。百草枯的LD50为104.72 mg.kg-1,LD50的95%平均可信限为94.26~116.32 mg.kg-1。结论百草枯属于中等毒性农药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the half lethal dose(LD_(50))of paraquat in mice.Methods Totally 60 mice in half genders were randomly divided into 6 groups,each had 10 mice.Feed the mice with different doses of liquor of paraquat and observe the toxic symptom.Then calculate the LD_(50) of paraquat and its 95% onfident limit with probability.Results The times of movement of mice reduced after feed paraquat.Before death,the mice had toxicosis symptom of a low respiratory rate,gasping breath and flapping of nosewing,and so on.The LD_(50) of paraquat was 104.72 mg·kg~(-1) and its 95% confident limit was 94.26～116.32 mg·kg~(-1).Conclusion Paraquat is a pesticide with moderate toxicity. |
