儿科医学教育新探索

目的 社会的进步和快速发展,要求儿科教师队伍不断提升服务能力实现教学质量水平不断提高;要求儿科医学生更加热爱儿科医学工作,学好理论知识更好地结合临床.我们从如何做好5年制实习生的儿科临床实习来研究探索儿科医学教育.方法 本课题通过对100位带教老师以及在我院儿科五年制2006届、2007届医学实习生100位发放抽样调查表,客观评价五年制医学实习生的敬业精神和实习表现,以及对带教老师敬业精神和临床工作能力的评价,为探讨创新儿科医学教学提供参考.结果 五年制医学实习生胸怀爱心,爱护患儿,对患儿有同情心,实习态度好,尊敬老师,积极重视查房,病史书写能力和逻辑思维比较好,外语水平和计算机应用水平比较好,但吃苦耐劳精神,互相协作精神尚待提高,应多同患儿沟通,主动关心患儿,多实践,提高基本操作能力.带教老师能爱岗敬业,为人师表,师德好,认真贯彻教学大纲精神,语言表达合理清晰,积极调动学生积极性,服务态度好,主动关心患者,与患者沟通好,但应更多积极开展新技术,熟练掌握计算机、专业英语,争取在教学工作方面更大的突破.结论 儿童是祖国的未来和希望,儿童体质强弱直接关系到今后祖国的强盛、家庭的幸福、孩子个人的前途,关心和重视、积极做好探索儿科医学教育具有伟大的现实意义和深远的历史意义.

NEW EXPLORING OF PEDIATRIC MEDICAL EDUCATION

Objective To explore the new mode of 5-year study of pediatric clinical practice and education.Methods All 100 teachers who took part in the clinical teaching and 100 students who engaged clinical practice in a pediatric hospital in the 2006 session and 2007 session were selected subjects,and all of them were required to evaluate of the professionalism,the practice performance of trainee and the ability to clinical work of teachers.Results For five-year medical intern,they mind love and love sick child,there was sympathy for the sick child,a good practice attitude,an adequate respect for teachers,a positive attention rounds.Moreover,they were better in history writing,logical thinking,foreign languages and computer applications.But they needed to be increased on hard-working spirit,the spirit of mutual cooperation,more communication with the sick child and to improve the basic operational capability.For the teacher,most of their features were confirmed such as the dedication,serve as role models,good morality,conscientiously implement the spirit of the syllabus,language expression reasonably clear,mobilizing the enthusiasm of students,good service attitude,initiative to care for patients,good communication with patients.But they also should be more active in new technologies,proficiency in computer and English.Conclusion The children are the future and hope,their physical strength is directly related to the future prosperity of the motherland,family happiness,the individual future.So to care and attent to pediatric medical education has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.
