重症医学临床实习双语教学的体会

目的探讨双语教学在重症医学临床实习中的应用。方法对85名麻醉学专业本科生的重症医学临床实习试行双语教学,采用双语小讲课、情景式双语教学和双语教学查房三种形式安排教学,既有中英文交替讲解,也有全英文教学。临床实习前后对学生进行专业知识和专业英语测试,实习结束后进行问卷调查。结果重症医学临床实习双语教学结束后,学生专业知识和专业英语测试成绩与实习前比较明显提高(P<0.05);教学达到了理论和临床相结合,具有良好的教学氛围,学生对医学英语的学习兴趣和自主学习能力得到提高。结论重症医学临床实习采用多种教学方式进行双语教学,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣、自主学习能力和综合应用能力。

Exploration of bilingual teaching in clinical practice in critical care medicine

Objective To explore the application of bilingual teaching in clinical practice in critical care medicine. Methods Totally 85 undergraduates received bilingual teaching in clinical practice in critical care medicine ,the teach- ing contents included the English alternative explanations, also has the whole English teaching, and the teaching forms included bilingual lecture,situational bilingual teaching method and bilingual ward-round et al. Before and after clini- cal practice, the students attended test of professional knowledge and English. After clinical practice,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students. Results After bilingual teaching in clinical practice,the test scores of pro- fessional knowledge and English increased obviously compared with before practice （P〈0.05）. As a result,the teaching has focused on linking theory with practice, had the good teaching atmosphere, and can improved the students＇ interest and positivity to study medical English. Conclusion Using a variety of teaching methods of bilingual teaching in clini- cal practice in critical care medicine, can improve the students＂ study interest, self learning ability and comprehensive application ability.
