| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物在降低低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇方面具有高效、安全和耐受性好的特点。越来越多的大规模临床试验证实他汀类药物明显降低冠心病的发病率和心血管事件的发生，强化调脂治疗在极高危患者中的地位日益受到重视。他汀类药物不但具有出色的调脂作用，而且还有改善血管内皮功能和稳定斑块、抑制血小板聚集与抗血栓、抗炎等非调脂作用。本文综述了他汀类药物目前临床应用的进展。

| Abstract: | Statin bad the characteristics of high efficiency, security and tolerance in reducing the low density lipoprotein cholesterol More and morn large-scale tests confirmed statin reduced the disease incidence of coronary disease and the cardiovascular event obviously, and the fat ajustment was paid attention in the extremely high-risk patient＇s station. Statin has the splendid impact not only in adjusting fat, but also in improving blood vessel bast function and the stable mottling, the suppression blood platelet accumulation and the anti-thrombus, the anti-inflammation and so on. This article smnmarized clinical practical progress of statin at present. |
