摘    要:目的探讨空气污染物暴露对早产的影响。方法选择2007年11月-2010年11月出生的符合研究质量要求的围生儿7320例,早产组3660例,对照组3660例。空气污染数据来源于我市环境保护监测站,包括2007年11月~2010年11月的空气中SO2、NO2、PM10等污染物暴露水平。应用Logistic回归模型。结果与正常对照组比较,早产组孕晚期及孕期空气污染物NO2暴露、孕晚期PM10空气污染物暴露、孕早期及孕晚期SO2暴露差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论孕期PM10、S02、NO2等空气污染物的暴露对早产有影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of the exposure to air pollutants on premature birth.Methods A total of 7 320 cases of perinatal child meeting the study of the quality requirements that born in November 2007 to November 2010 were selected,including the premature group of 3 660 cases and the control group of 3 660 cases.Air pollution data originated from environmental protection monitoring stations in our city,including the level of the pollution exposure number of sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen dioxide(NO2),PM10 in November 2007 to November 2010.Logistic regression model was used in the test.Results Compared with the normal group,exposuring to air pollutant NO2 for late pregnancy and pregnancy was significantly different(P < 0.05);exposuring to air pollutant PM10 for trimester was significantly different(P < 0.05);and exposuring to air pollutant SO2 for early and late pregnancy was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion This study further confirms that there are effects on preterm birth for the exposure of PM10,SO2,NO2 and other air pollutants during pregnancy.
