摘    要:高同型半胱氨酸血症是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的独立危险因素。血管内皮细胞不仅是血管内壁的屏障,而且可通过合成及分泌各种活性因子,发挥抗炎、抗凝、抗血栓形成,抑制血管平滑肌细胞生长,调节血管张力的作用。而同型半胱氨酸通过氧化应激、低甲基化反应、蛋白质同型半胱氨酸化、内皮祖细胞功能障碍等机制对内皮细胞结构功能的损伤则是引发早期动脉粥样硬化的关键。

Abstract:Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor for atherosclemtic cardiovascular diseases. The vascular endothelium is not only the barrier of Blood vessel endothelium, but also can play many effects by synthesizing and secreting kinds of active factors, including anti-inflammatory, anti-coagulation, anti-thrombosis, inhibiting the growth of vascular smooth muscle cells, regulating angiotasis, while, homocysteic acid can result in the structural and functional injury of endothelium by many mechanism, such as oxidative stress, hypomethylation, Homocysteic protein, dysfunction of endothelial progenitor cells,which is the key resulting in early atherosclerosis.
