| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的临床表现及影像学检查的诊断价值。方法对56例经病理证实的GIST的临床及影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果56例GIST患者中发生于胃27例,小肠11例,其他部位18例。肿块平均直径7.9cm,腔外生长者24例,腔内生长者16例。胃肠道钡餐造影表现(16例):腔内充盈缺损,局部黏膜展平,胃、肠腔被推挤,可见黏膜破坏,蠕动消失。CT9例,肿块密度均匀1例,不均匀8例。增强后均匀强化2例,不均匀强化7例。MRI4例,肿块T1WI呈均匀低信号1例,3例不均匀低信号;T2WI肿块呈高信号。结论GIST影像学表现有一定的特征性,在胃肠钡餐造影上以消化道腔外肿块为主,CT和MRI在GIST诊断中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical behavior and the value of imaging findings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods The image findings and clinical date of 56 cases with GIST prored by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumors originated from the stomach(n=27),intestine(n=11)and extragastrointestinal(n=18).The tumor size was 7.9cm.There were 24 exophytic growth tumor and 16 introphytic growth.The findings of barium meal examination in 16 cases showed filling defect and mass press... |
