| 摘 要： | 目的分析PVP治疗高龄高危良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法对65例高龄高危良性前列腺增生患者进行PVP治疗,观察手术前后IPSS评分、QOL评分、PVR、Qmax等指标的变化。结果与术前比较,术后IPSS评分、QOL评分均降低,PVR下降、Qmax上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PVP治疗高龄高危良性前列腺增生,临床疗效较为满意,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of PVP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia Senior and High Risk efficacy. Methods PVP treatment of 65 elderly patients at high risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were observed before and after surgery IPSS score, QOL score, PVR, Qmax, and other indicators of change. Results Were lower compared with the preoperative and post- operative IPSS score, QOL score, PVR decreased, Qmax rose, showed a significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clin- ical efficacy are more satisfied with PVP for elderly patients with high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia, should be widely applied. |
