艾迪注射液对鼻咽癌放疗增效减毒作用临床分析

目的探讨艾迪注射液配合放疗对治疗鼻咽癌的疗效和毒副反应的影响。方法将我院收治的经病理证实的80例鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规分割放疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,静脉滴入艾迪注射液50mL,1次/d,连用30d。结果治疗组的总有效率为87.5%（35/40）,对照组的总有效率为82.5%（33/40）,2组相比无显著性差异,P〉0.05。治疗组明显减轻了放疗引起的口干、口腔溃疡、白细胞减少等毒副反应,与对照组相比差异极其显著,P〈0.01。结论艾迪注射液配合放射治疗鼻咽癌,可以增强疗效,减轻毒副反应,提高患者的生存质量。

Synergistic Effects and Decreasing Toxicity of Aidi Injection on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and side effects.Methods In our hospital,80 patients with pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,the control group,conventional radiotherapy,the treatment group were based on intravenous infusion Ai Di injection 50～80mL,1 times/d.Results The total effective rate was 87.5%（35/40）,the control group,the total effective rate was 82.5%（33/40）,the two groups was no significant difference,P〉0.05.Treatment group was significantly reduced radiotherapyinduced dry mouth,oral ulcers,leukopenia side effects,compared with the control group was very significantly lower,P〈0.01.Conclusion Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,can enhance the efficacy,reduce toxicity and improve the patients quality of life.
