分析晚期胃癌综合治疗的疗效及预后因素

目的：探究晚期胃癌综合治疗对晚期胃癌患者的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2016年1月所收治的114例晚期胃癌患者的临床资料，将其分成护理组与对照组，每组57例，护理组使用综合治疗，对照组使用常规治疗，对晚期胃癌综合治疗对策、治疗效果、预后因素进行分析。结果对照组治疗总有效率为91.2%，治疗组治疗总有效率为98.2%，对比两组患者治疗效果，治疗组明显优于对照组，其对比结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论晚期胃癌综合治疗对策是一种现代化、综合性、优化性的治疗对策，不仅能够对患者机体疾病起到理想的治疗和控制效果，还能使患者能够科学面对疾病，从而延长患者的生存时间、提高生活质量。

To Analyze the Curative Effect and Prognostic Factors of Advanced Gastric cancer
