60例大肠癌淋巴结转移相关临床病理因素分析

目的：对60例大肠癌淋巴结转移相关临床病理因素进行分析。方法选择该院收治的大肠癌患者60例，给予手术治疗，并对大肠癌淋巴结转移的相关临床病理因素进行分析。结果大肠癌淋巴结转移与性别、肿瘤位置无关差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但与年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、术前癌胚抗原状况有关差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论大肠癌淋巴结转移与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度有明显关系，若在早期出现便血、大便变形等症状时，应及早入院诊治，以免延误到大肠癌中后期，导致术后淋巴结转移率升高。

Analysis of the Clinicopathologic Factors Related to 60 Cases of Lymph Node Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer

Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic factors related to 60 cases of lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from April, 2010 to August, 2013 were given operation treat-ment. And the clinicopathological factors related to lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer were analyzed. Results Lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer has no relation with gender and tumor location（P〉0.05）, but has relation with age, tumor size, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer and patient＆#39;s age, tumor size, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, if there is blood in the stool, deformation of stool and other symptoms in the early stage, the patient should get to hospital as early as possible, in case the disease delayed to the advanced colorectal cancer, leading to postoperative lymph node metastasis rate in-creased.
