丹参加茶油湿热敷治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效观察

目的探讨丹参加茶油湿热敷治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法选择89例患者实施丹参联合茶油湿热敷处理,并与常规实施硫酸镁外敷的患者进行比较,统计2组床显效时间和完全吸收时间,并分析2组总的临床效果。结果观察组临床显效时间和完全吸收时间快于对照组（P〈0.05）,显效例数多于对照组（P〈0.05）,无效例数少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药丹参粉加茶油湿热敷治疗静脉输液外渗安全、无不良反应,患者易于接受,临床效果佳,值得推广。

Treatment Efficacy of Salvia and Tea Moist Heat for Intravenous Extravasation

Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of salvia and tea moist heat for intravenous extravasation.Methods 89 patients used the joint implementation of Salvia and tea moist heat treatment and topical magnesium sulfate with the conventional implementation of the patients, statistical two-bed effective time and time completely absorbed and the overall clinical effect of the two groups.Results Clinical observation group markedly and completely absorbed were faster than control group(P<0.05),markedly number was more than control group(P<0.05), valid number was litter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia and tea moist heat for intravenous extravasation is a safe method, it has no adverse reactions, os it is easily to be accepted by patients and it has good clinical results, so it is worth promoting.
