摘    要:用细胞内微电极技术和微机实时分析方法,记录离体豚鼠心室乳头肌的动作电位,观察不同剂量丹参注射液对有关参数的影响。结果表明,丹参可使APD显著缩短,而对APA、OS、RP和Vmax却无明显影响。丹参的剂量依赖关系似呈钟形曲线,其最大有效浓度为2mg/ml。这表明,丹参可能为钙桔抗剂。

Abstract:The effect of different doses of RSM on action potential of the papillary muscles of isolated guinea pig was studied with conventional intracellular microelectrodes and analyzed by microcomputer. The results showed that RSM significantly shortened APD, but had no effect on APA, OS, RP and Vmax. It seems that the dose-dependent relationship of RSM is a bell-shaped curve. The maximal effective concentration of RSM is 2mg/ml. It suggests that RSM is a calcium antagonist.
