菜油油烟冷凝物对大鼠肺组织芳香羟化酶及骨髓微核的影响

摘    要:采用菜油油烟冷凝物(RC)气管灌注SD大鼠,观察RC对肺组织芳香羟化酶(AHH)活性和骨髓微核(MN)率的影响。结果显示:灌注RC各剂量组(225,450,900mg/kg)大鼠肺组织AHH活性和微核(MN)率随RC浓度增加而上升(P<0.05),且呈剂量反应关系,两者的相关系数为0.84。表明RC含有多环芳烃类化合物,并能激活其形成终致癌物的代谢途径

Abstract:o investigate the effect of rape oil fume condensate(RC) on the activities of aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH) in the lung and micro nucleum(MN) rates of marrow of the SD rats, The authors filled the rats with RC by way of traches.The results showed that RC could induce a significant increase(P<0.05) of AHH activities at doses of 225,450 and 900(mg/kg) respectively compared with solvent and negative control.A dose effect relationship clearly existed.RC could induce an increase of micronucleus rates at various given doses and the correlation coefficient was 0.84 with AHH activities.The results suggest there are polycyclic aryl hydrocarbon(PAH) in RC which could activate the metabolic mechanism of PAH changing into terminal cancerogen.
