| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温和灸对老年病人抗衰老的效果。方法：将400例老年病人分为艾灸治疗组和衰老对照组,艾灸组以温和灸神阙、关元、肾俞、足三里等穴位,观察比较治疗前后症状、血清超氧化物歧化酶、血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血流变学、免疫球蛋白的变化。衰老对照组,不做治疗。结果：艾灸组衰老症状、血清超氧化物歧化酶、血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血流变学、免疫球蛋白等参数变化优于对照组。结论：温和灸不仅可以明显改善衰老症状,且可能通过调节血清超氧化物歧化酶、血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血流变学、免疫球蛋白等指标达到抗衰老的作用。
