| 摘 要： | 介绍了河南省骨科医院以参加JCI评审为契机，结合JCI标准相关内容，建立鼓励员工主动上报医疗安全隐患的医院安全文化的做法和成效。该院于2014年2月以高分通过JCI复审，有力证明了该院打造的医院安全文化在保障医疗质量和促进医院发展上发挥的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Combined with JCI standard, a hospital safety culture focusing on encouraging staff actively report hidden risk has been established and the experiences and effectiveness have been introduced. In Feb. 2014, Henan Provincial Orthopaedics Hospital passed JCI accreditation. It shows that hospital safety culture has helped assuring medical quality and promoting hospital development. |
