乳腺癌患者CXCR4的表达及其与组织学分级和淋巴结转移的关系

探讨CXCR4在乳腺癌中的表达及其与乳腺癌组织学分级及淋巴结转移的相互关系。方法免疫组织化学S-P法对64例乳腺癌组织标本进行CXCR4检测。结果乳腺癌组织中CXCR4阳性表达率为59·4%(38/64);淋巴结转移组与淋巴结未转移组CXCR4阳性表达率间差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);淋巴结未转移组与淋巴结1~3枚转移及4枚以上淋巴结转移组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0·034)。不同组织学分级的乳腺癌标本CXCR4阳性表达率间差异有统计学意义(P=0·018)。结论CXCR4在促进乳腺癌生长及增加转移能力方面可能有重要作用,其使临床寻求新的有效的乳腺癌治疗靶点成为可能。

Expression of CXCR4 and Its Relationship with Histological Grading and Metastatic State of Lymph Node in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 and its relationship with histological grading and lymphnode metastatic state in breast cancer.Methods Using S-P immunohistochemical technique,CXCR4 expressions of breast cancer tissues were determined in 64 patients with breast cancer.Results The positive rate of expression of CXCR4 of cancer tissues was 59.4% (38/64),and there was significant difference in the positive CXCR4 expression between the lymphnode-metastasis group and the non-lymphnode-metastasis group (P<0.05);the non-lymphatic-metastasis group was significantly different from the 1-3-lymphnode-metastasis group and the over-4-lymphnode-metastasis group in positive CXCR4 expression(P=0.034);the difference in positive expression of CXCR4 of breast cancer examples between Grade I and Grade II and Grade III of histological grading was significant(P=0.018).Conclusion The expression of CXCR4 may play an important part in the promotion of breast cancer growth and increase of metastasis ability,which makes it possible to clinically search for new and effective targets in treatment of breast cancer.
