临床护士对基础护理认知及执行状况的分析

目的 了解护理人员对基础护理认识的现状及执行情况,为进一步推动基础护理的落实寻找有效的对策.方法 采用调查问卷的方法对某三甲医院的126名护士进行调查,分析其对基础护理的认识及完成情况.结果 部分护士对基础护理现状的认识存在不足及偏差.护士对基础护理现状的认识与基础护理不到位之间呈正相关(r=0.21,P＜0.05).基础护理操作的落实情况不乐观,病情观察类基础护理操作平均实际完成率为74.63%,生活护理类基础护理操作平均实际完成率为51.32%,操作类基础护理平均实际完成率为72.31%,安全护理类实际平均完成率为35.95%.落实不到位的原因主要是护士对非侵入性基础护理的认识程度不够以及临床工作繁忙,没有充裕的时间完成非侵入性基础护理.结论 护士对基础护理的重要性认识不够,尤其生活基础护理落实不到位,需要从根本上提高护士对基础护理的认识.
