孕产妇凝血功能检测的临床意义

目的:了解临产妇女凝血四项指标变化情况,预防产后大出血或血栓形成。方法:采用SysmeCA-50自动血凝仪检测296例临产孕妇血浆中凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)及40名育龄非孕健康妇女PT、TT、APTT、Fbg值(对照组)。结果:与对照组比较,大部分晚孕临产妇女PT、APTT、TT指标无明显改变,P>0.05,但Fbg值都明显升高,P<0.01。妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆中APTT明显降底P<0.01,Fbg显著升高P<0.01。结论:妊娠后期存在高凝状态,产前凝血功能的检测,对预防产科并发症有很重要意义。

Detection of Blood Concretion in Late-pregnant Women and its Clinical Significances

Objective To study the changes of blood concretion four item.prevention the thrombolysis and blooding.Methods Using sysmex CA-50 dectection PT、TT、APTT、Fbg in late-pregnant women and 40 normal non-pregnant women.Results The levels of PT,TT,APTT, were no obviously chang compared with the non-pregnant and late-pregnant women(P>0.05), the levels of Fbg were obvionsly higher(P<0.01).The levels of APTT were obviously dropped in pregnancy induced hypertention(P<0.01),but Fbg were obviously higher(P<0.01).Conclusions The late-pregnant women have the hypercoagulation state, the detection of blood concretion founctions play an important role in the prevention complications.
