头痛飞行人员情绪情感状态与心理健康状况的调查

目的 调查头痛飞行人员情绪情感状态、心理健康状况.方法 对因患有头痛住院治疗的飞行人员及来院改装体检的飞行人员进行问卷调查,调查项目包括情绪情感状态自评量表及症状自评量表.结果 头痛组飞行人员的消极的情绪情感状态因子紧张-焦虑头痛组与对照组分别为(19.65±6.09)分,(6.83±4.00)分]、忧郁-沮丧分别为(30.06±13.18)分,(6.89±6.26)分]、愤怒-敌意分别为(20.71±10.44)分,(6.22±4.56)分]、疲惫-惰性分别为(16.00±5.40)分,(4.00±2.95)分]、困惑-迷茫分别为(14.71±5.11)分,(4.00±2.35)分]评分均显著高于对照组(均P＜0.01),有力-好动分别为(8.76±5.85)分,(20.94±4.29)分]评分则显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).头痛组飞行人员的症状自评量表各项因子分均显著高于睡眠正常组及中国男军人常模(均P＜0.01).结论 头痛飞行人员情绪情感状态及心理健康状况下降.

Investigation of mood states and psychologic health states of aviators suffering from headache

Objective To investigate the mood states and psychologic health states of aviators suffering from headache.Methods Aviators who were suffering from headache and in hospital filled questionnaires including profile of mood states and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90).So did aviators came for physical examination for modification equipment to high-performance fighters as controls.Results Compared with control,the scores of negative mood factors of aviators suffering from headache,including tension-anxiety(19.65±6.09,6.83±4.00 respectively),depression-dejection(30.06±13.18,6.89±6.26 respectively),anger-hostility(20.71±10.44,6.22±4.56 respectively),fatigue-inertia(16.00±5.40,4.00±2.95 respectively) and confusion-bewilderment(14.71±5.11,4.00±2.35 respectively) were significantly higher(all P＜0.01),while that of positive mood factor vigor-activity(8.76±5.85,20.94±4.29 respectively) was significantly lower(P＜0.01).The scores of all factors of SCL-90 of aviators suffering from headache were significantly higher than that of control group and Chinse male soldiers norm(all P＜0.01).Conclusion Mood states and psychologic health states of aviators suffering from headache decreased.
