摘    要:针对单一导师负责制的弊端,探讨了专业学位研究生导师组制的机制,包括多元化导师组的实施,跨学科导师组制度在肾内科专业学位研究生教学中的实践,浅析了在具体实施过程中应该注意的问题.

Abstract:Considering the disadvantages of cultivating mode with single supervisor responsibility sys- tem, we explore the mechanism of tutor group system, including the implementation of diversified tu- tor group and the practice of interdisciplinary tutor group in clinical professional postgraduate training in nephrology.
