| Abstract: | Considering the disadvantages of cultivating mode with single supervisor responsibility sys- tem, we explore the mechanism of tutor group system, including the implementation of diversified tu- tor group and the practice of interdisciplinary tutor group in clinical professional postgraduate training in nephrology.
