培土消癥方离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿临床观察

目的观察培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法将140例卵巢囊肿患者随机分成观察组和空白组各70例,观察组用自拟培土消癥方中药煎煮浓缩液加直流电离子导入疗法治疗,空白组不做处理。结果观察组总有效率为81.4%,与空白组总有效率7.1%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);囊肿直径<5 cm者总有效率为94.9%,与囊肿直径5～10 cm者总有效率64.5%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿有较好的疗效,同时提示早期治疗的重要性。

Clinical study of iontophoresis with Peitu Xiaozheng decoction on ovarian cyst

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the iontophoresis with Peitu Xiaozheng decoction on ovarian cyst.Methods 140 patients with ovarian cyst were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,70 patients in eachgroup.The patients in teatment group were treated with direct current iontophoresis with the solution of the decoction,and in control group with nothing.Results The total effective rate was 81.4% in treatment group and 7.1% in control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate was 94.9% when the diameter of the ovarian cyst <5 cm and 64.5% when the diameter of ovarian cyst between 5 cm and 10cm(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of iontophoresis is effective for ovarian cyst,which suggests that the early treatment is very important for the illness.
