增生性瘢痕组织中血管形成的形态学

摘    要:目的 研究血管形成在增生性瘢痕形成过程中的作用。方法 通过免疫组织化学方法采用CD34抗体对增生性瘢痕组织的微血管进行染色。结果 增生期的增生性瘢痕组织中微血管的含量明显高于萎缩期的增生性瘢痕及正常手术后瘢痕。结论 瘢痕的增生可能具有一定的血管依赖性。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the role of angiogenesis in the formation of hypertrophic scars. METHODS By immunohistochemistry, the micrangia in the hypertrophic scars were investigated. RESULTS In the proliferation stage, the microvascular density of hypertrophic scars was much higher than the mature hypertrophic scars and normal scars. CONCLUSION The formation and proliferation of hypertrophic scars may be related to their increased level of vascularization.
