84例高龄初产妇妊娠与分娩的临床分析

目的:探讨高龄初产妇妊娠与分娩过程中合并症、并发症的发生率及剖宫产率,分析高龄因素对产妇的影响。方法:选取本院2007年1月至2009年12月期间住院分娩的84例高龄初产妇(初次生产年龄≥35岁)作为观察组,同时随即抽取86例年轻初产妇(初次生产年龄<35岁)作为对照组,比较两组间妊娠合并症、并发症及剖宫产率。结果:观察组妊娠期糖尿病、心脏病、子宫肌瘤、妊高症、产后出血等合并症与并发症及剖宫产率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高龄是妊娠合并症与并发症及剖宫产的重要危险因素,应加强高龄初产妇的围生期保健,采取积极的预防和干预措施,防止并发症的发生,合理控制剖宫产率,保障母婴生命安全。

Clinical Analysis on Gestation and Delivery of 84 Cases of Elder Primiparas

Objective:To investigate the incidence of pregnancy coexisted disease,mallagement of complications and cesarean section in delivery of elder primiparas,and analyze the effect on elder age factor of pregnant woman.Methods:We choose 84 elder primiparas as observation group(first delivery age≥35),and at the same time random sampling of 86 cases of younger counterparts as control group(first delivery age<35) of this hospital during 2007~009,in order to observe the incidence of pregnancy coexisted disease,mallagement of complications and cesarean section between observation group and control group.Results:The incidence of cesarean section,Gestational diabetes,heart disease,uterine fibroids,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage and other complications of observation group were significantly higher than control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Elder age factor is an an important risk factor for pregnancy complications and cesarean section,so we should strengthen perinatal health care of elder primiparas,take positive prevention and intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of complications and control cesarean section rate properly,ensure life safe of babies and mothers.
