加长柄人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的早期疗效观察

目的:观察加长柄人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的手术早期治疗效果。方法:选择36例加长柄双极股骨头置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折的患者。手术方式采用人工股骨头置换术。术后功能采用Harris评分评价。结果:本组32例获得随访,随访时间14~26个月,平均17个月。根据Harris评分:优18例,良9例,尚可5例。患肢功能总的优良率为84.4%。结论:采用加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折效果好,可尽快地恢复伤肢活动功能、减少并发症,改善生存质量。

The surgical treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with long-stem artiifcial femoral head replacement in eldly patients

Objective To investigate the early-clinical results of long-stem artificial femoral head replacement（LSAFHR） for femoral Intertrochanteric fracture in eldly patients.Methods A series of 36 patients with femoral Intertrochanteric fracture entered a retrospective study to investigate the outcome of surgical treatment.All patients were treated by LSAFHR.Results 32 patients were followed up for 14 months to 26 months with a mean period of 17 months.According to the Harris score for hip function,18 cases were excellent,9 cases good,5 cases fair. The excellent good rate was 84.4%.Conclusion LSAFHR for femoral Intertrochanteric fracture in eldly patients can help walk earlier and reduce complications and increase the quality of life and shows a satisfactory result.
