利乳康液对乳腺增生模型乳腺、子宫及卵巢形态学的影响

目的研究利乳康液对大鼠乳腺增生模型乳腺、子宫及卵巢病理形态学的影响。方法采用显微光镜法,结合图像分析仪计算模型鼠用药前后细胞腺腔(CA)、间质(GA)及细胞核(NA)面积,观察子宫、卵巢病理形态学变化。结果①利乳康液对模型鼠乳腺腺腔扩张、间质水肿、细胞核增大均有明显的消散和治疗作用;②利乳康液能使模型鼠的子宫和卵巢的病理改变明显减轻。结论中医药治疗乳腺增生不仅对乳腺局部的病理性增生有所改变,且对子宫、卵巢的病理形态亦有改善作用,其作用机制之一可能是通过调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴的功能而实现的。 

Effect of Lirukang Liquid on Morphology of Mammary Gland, Uterus and Ovary of Models with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Lirukang Liquid on the morphology of mammary gland, uterus and ovary of models with hyperplasia of mammary gland. METHOD Light microscope and image analyzer were used to calculate the area of cell glandular cavity, matrix and cell nucleus before and after drug administration, and the morphological changes in the uterus and ovary. RESULT (1) Lirukang Liquid had marked effect of dispersing and treating dilation of mammary gland cavity, matrix edema and enlargement of cell nucleus; (2) Lirukang Liquid could relieve the pathological changes in the uterus and ovary of the models. CONCLUSION In treating hyperplasia of mammary gland, Chinese drugs not only change the local pathological hyperplasia, but also improve the pathological morphology of the uterus and ovary, the mechanisms of which is probably due to the effect of regulating the function of hypothalamus - pituitary body - ovary gonad axis.
