| 丙肝宁冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药复方丙肝宁冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床效果，方法，以肝功能和病毒感染学指标为主要疗效考察指标，用丙肝宁冲剂治疗慢性现型肝炎140例，并设西药干扰素（赛若金）对照组52 ，疗程6个月，随访6个月，结果：治疗组总有效率为70％，治疗后HCVRNA（丙型肝炎病毒抗原）转阴率52．10％，随访6个月为47．86％，对照组分别为71．15％，63．41％和44．23％，结论：丙肝宁冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎有良好的临床疗效，与干扰素相近。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate into the therapeutic effect of Bingganning in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. METHOD With indexes of liver function and viral infection as the main criteria for evaluating the therapeutic effect, 140 patients with chronic hepatitis C were treated with Bingganning granule, compared with a control group of 52 patients treated with interferon. The treatment lasted 6 months, with a 6-month follow-up study. RESULT The total effective rate was 70%, HCVRNA negative recovery rate was 52.10%, and this figure changed to 47.86% after the follow-up study for 6 months. In the control group, these figures were 71.15%, 63.41% and 44.23% respectively. CONCLUSION Bingganning has similar good effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. |
