山茱萸水煎醇沉工艺的正交实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究抗厥注射液生产工艺。方法采用正交试验法等优选分析煎煮工艺中的加水量、浸泡和煎煮时间等因素及醇沉工艺中的加醇量与醇浓度。结果比较出水提醇沉的各最佳因素。结论水提醇沉法提取山茱萸单萜甙较好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate into the production technique of Kangjue Injection.METHODS Orthogonal test was employed to determine the optimal water amount, soak period and decoction period in the decoction technique and the optimal alcohol amount and alcohol concentration in the alcohol sedimentation technique. RESULTS The various optimal factors were determined. CONCLUSION Alcohol sedimentation is a better method in extracting monoterpene glycoside.
